NEW SELVER STORE IN TALLINN



Tallinna Kaubamaja concern is expanding its chain of Selver stores, and

will open the 6th Selver store in Tallinn (address Paldiski Rd. 56)

in summer 2002.

Tallinna Kaubamaja Kinnisvara AS owns the aforementioned estate.

The concern is of the opinion the current land owner will become the 

real estate developer. With regard to the detailed plan a shopping 

centre of 4,700 m2 may be built on the estate. The sales premises 

of Merimetsa Selver store cover 1,450 m2 of the shopping centre.

Competition for finding the main contractor will be announced by 

the developer after the detailed plan has been confirmed.
