INCREASED HOLDING IN SUBSIDIARY



Hüvitusfond acquired 32% holding in AS Kawe Plaza shares. 

After the transaction Hüvitusfond will own 100% holding 

in AS Kawe Plaza shares. The shares were bought for reselling 

purposes. In accordance with the agreement between the parties, 

the price of the transaction is confidential.
