PARTICIPATION IN WRITTEN AUCTION FOR SHARE ACQUISITION



AS Merko Ehitus participated in a written auction for

privatisation of AS Tallinna Teed, and made a purchase bid 

in response to the auction for acquisition of 100% holding

in AS Tallinna Teed shares for EEK 42.6 million. Merko's 

purchase bid outmatched others.

If no protest is filed, the City of Tallinn and AS Merko 

Ehitus will enter into a purchase and sale agreement within 

30 days after the results of the auction have been publicly 

announced.
