HANSABANKAS AND LTB MERGER FINALISED



The legal merger of Hansabankas and Lietuvos Taupomasis Bankas (LTB)

was finalised today as the Lithuanian Economy Ministry registered the

changes in LTB’s bylaws, regarding the increase of the bank’s share

capital and the change of the bank’s legal name to Hansa-LTB.

Also, Hansabankas was removed from the Lithuanian company register.



Hansabank owns 99.16% of the merged Hansa-LTB.
