ABOUT TRADING IN XXL.EE SHARES

 

Delisting of AS XXL.EE shares is in the competence of Tallinn Stock 

Exchange Listing Committee.

 

During 2001 the TSE Listing Committee has discussed frequently the 

issues related to possible delisting of AS XXL.EE shares. Having 

regard to the previous discussions of the Listing Committee and the 

occurrence of new circumstances, the TSE Listing Committee will 

discuss the possible delisting of AS XXL.EE shares on its next 

meeting at the end of January 2002. Tallinn Stock Exchange shall 

inform the public of the decision immediately.
