HANSA-LTB’S 2001 FINANCIAL RESULTS



Hansa-LTB recorded a loss of LTL 114 million for the year 2001. 

These results also include the pre-privatisation provisions in 

the amount of LTL 159.1 million. These provisions are not 

consolidated into Hansabank Group’s financial statements, but 

are recorded in the goodwill created during the purchase of LTB. 

The Group will amortise the goodwill over 5 years.

Hansabank Group will publish the results of 2001 on February 14.
