ANNOUNCEMENT

 

DELISTING OF TALLINNA KÜLMHOONE AS SHARES

 

On 06.02.2002 the Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) Listing Committee 

decided to satisfy Tallinna Külmhoone AS application for delisting 

from the TSE Secondary List. Tallinna Külmhoone AS shares will be 

delisted on 23.02.2002. Tallinna Külmhoone AS shares are traded 

through the TSE trading system for the last day on Friday, 

22.02.2002.

 

TSE Listing Committee acknowledged that AB Kauno Pieno Centras has 

undertaken an obligation to buy shares of Tallinna Külmhoone AS 

from all shareholders of Tallinna Külmhoone AS at the price of EEK 

18 until 31.12.2002.
