ANNOUNCEMENT

 

ABOUT DELISTING OF TALLINNA KÜLMHOONE AS SHARES

 

According to the Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) Listing Committee's decision 

from 06.02.2002, the shares of Tallinna Külmhoone AS will be delisted from 

the TSE Secondary List on 23.02.2002. Tallinna Külmhoone AS shares are 

traded through the TSE trading system for the last day today, on 22.02.2002.

 

TSE Listing Committee acknowledged that AB Kauno Pieno Centras has 

undertaken an obligation to buy shares of Tallinna Külmhoone AS from all 

shareholders of Tallinna Külmhoone AS at the price of EEK 18 until 

31.12.2002.
