REORGANIZATION OF MANUFACTURING



Underlying on the Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS shareholders extraordinary

general meeting resolution, accepted in March 5th, 2002, Tallinna

Farmaatsiatehase AS management board started with procedures concerning

releasing employees.



On the assumption of preliminary analyses the company will terminate

contracts of employment with approximately 45 employees, which equates 26%

of the workforce.



The reorganization of the manufacturing is being enacted according to the

plan - to take the manufacturing in accordance with international

requirements.
