DELISTING OF BALTI KASVUFOND UNITS



On 25.04.2002 the Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee decided 

to satisfy the application of Hansa Aktivate Juhtimise AS 

(Hansa Asset Management Ltd) to delist the units of Balti Kasvufond 

(Baltic Growth Fund) from the Tallinn Stock Exchange. 

Balti Kasvufond units will be delisted on 01.05.2002. 



The Listing Committee found that delisting of the Balti Kasvufond 

units will not cause any significant changes in the unit holders rights, 

will not harm in any way the interests of the unit holders and 

will not give unfair advantage for some securities holders over 

the other holders.
