CONDITIONAL LISTING OF HANSAPANK SHARES



On 09.05.2002 the Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee decided to 

satisfy application of AS Hansapank and to list 485 000 additionally 

issued shares of AS Hansapank conditionally on the TSE Main List. 

 

The resolution will become effective after the company's share capital 

increase is registered with the Commercial Registry and the subscription 

notes are converted into shares of Hansapank with the Estonian CSD.
