SUSPENSION OF TRADE IN SAMPO PANK SHARES



In connection with takeover of Sampo Pank shares by the majority 

shareholder Sampo plc. on 02.08.2002, trading in Sampo Pank shares 

on the Tallinn Stock Exchange is suspended from 30.07.2002 until 

01.08.2002 in accordance with the respective application by Sampo Pank.

 

The Exchange will release an announcement on resumption of trade.
