LISTING PROCEDURE ON KLEMENTI ISSUE



In accordance with the documents submitted on 09.08.2002, the Tallinn 

Stock Exchange started the procedures for listing 440,625 AS Klementi 

A-shares on TSE Investors List. As of 09.08.2002, 3,525,000 A-shares of 

AS Klementi are listed on the TSE Investors List. As of 12.08.2002 

(after reduction of share capital), 881,250 A-shares of AS Klementi 

are listed on the TSE Investors List.

 

The Tallinn Stock Exchange will publish the resolutions of the 

Listing Committee made during the listing procedure.
