CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT OF A-SELVER



The Supervisory Board of A-Selver recalled Urmo Vallner from the position 

of the Chairman of the Management Board of A-Selver, effective as of 

4th of November. The Supervisory Board appointed the current Development 

Director, Mr. Ain Taube, as the new Chairman of the Management Board of 

A-Selver.



The Supervisory Board expressed its satisfaction with the work of Urmo 

Vallner. However, having analysed the toughened competition on the retail 

market, the Supervisory Board concluded that A-Selver will need a more 

aggressive development in the future. In addition to his experience as 

the Development Director, Ain Taube has also experience of ten years 

in the sector of retail sales of food and convenience goods.



Ain Taube joined Tallinna Kaubamaja in 1998 as the Director of Purchases 

of food and convenience goods. Since April 2001 Mr. Taube worked as the 

Development Director of A-Selver.



Ain Taube does not own shares in Tallinna Kaubamaja AS.
