LISTING OF BALTIKA SHARES



After meeting the requirements set by the Tallinn Stock Exchange 

Listing Committee in its conditional listing decision from 14.02.2003, 

15 500 additionally issued ordinary shares of AS Baltika are listed 

starting today, on 07.03.2003. Altogether 5 459 950 ordinary shares of 

AS Baltika (ISIN: EE3100003609) are traded on the TSE Main List under 

shortname BLT1T as of 07.03.2003.
