DISTRIBUTION OF DIVIDEND



In previously discloused announcment about payment 

of dividend, there was a mistake in date of payment 

time. The correct sentence would be "The distribution 

will take place on 17 April 2003."



Correct announcment follows:

According to the rules of Tallinn Stock Exchange, 

the general meeting of shareholders decided to 

identify the shareholders who are entitled to 

a dividend based on the list of shareholders 

at the Tallinn Stock Exchange for Securities 

at 8.00 a.m. on the 15th stock exchange day 

from the day of the general meeting,

 which is 3 April 2003. 

The distribution will take place on 17 April 2003.
