CONDITIONAL LISTING OF TALLINNA SADAM BONDS



On March 14, 2003 the Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing and Surveillance 

Committee decided to satisfy application of AS Tallinna Sadam (Port of 

Tallinn Ltd.) and to list conditionally up to 10,000 bonds to be issued on 

the TSE Bonds List. The bonds have a face value of EEK 10,000 and their 

value date is 19.03.2003.  

 

The resolution will become effective after the bonds will be transferred 

to the investors' securities accounts at the Estonian CSD. The listing date 

is the first stock exchange day that follows to the transfer of bonds to 

the securities' accounts.
