HANSA-LTB'S NET PROFIT, 3 MONTHS 2003



The unaudited net profit of Hansa-LTB, Hansabank’s Lithuanian

subsidiary, was LTL 18.7 million (EUR 5.4 million) in the first three

months of 2003.



The complete financial results of the bank will be published after the

publication of the Hansabank Group 1st quarter results on April 29.
