SUCCESSFUL DECLARATION OF TENDER



AS Merko Ehitus submitted a tender to the open tender of the

state procurement of Muuga Harbour coal terminal for design

and construction contracting. The tender of AS MERKO EHITUS

with the cost of EEK 726 500 000 (EUR 46 431 694) was declared

successful (VAT of 18% shall be added) by AS Tallinna Sadam.

Completion time for the design and construction works is set

on December 31 2004.
