LISTING PROCEDURE ON KLEMENTI ISSUE



In accordance with the documents received on 20.05.2003, the Tallinn 

Stock Exchange (TSE) started the procedures for listing 575,000 AS Klementi 

shares. As of 21.05.2003, 1,321,875 shares of AS Klementi are listed on 

the TSE Investor List.

 

The Tallinn Stock Exchange will publish the resolutions of the 

TSE Listing and Surveillance Committee made during the listing procedure.
