LISTING PROCEDURE ON EESTI TELEKOM ISSUE



In accordance with the documents received on 04.06.2003, the Tallinn 

Stock Exchange (TSE) started the procedures for listing 261,250 new shares

of AS Eesti Telekom. As of 06.06.2003, 137,383,178 shares of AS Eesti 

Telekom are listed on the TSE Main List.

 

The Tallinn Stock Exchange will publish the resolutions of the 

Listing Committee made during the listing procedure.
