LISTING OF KLEMENTI SHARES



After meeting the requirements set by the Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) 

Listing and Surveillance Committee in its conditional listing decision from 

27.05.2003, 575,000 additionally issued A-shares of AS Klementi are listed in 

the TSE I-List starting Monday, 16.06.2003. 



Until the increase in share capital will be registered with Business 

Registry, the 575,000 additional A-shares of AS Klementi (ISIN: EE3803001772) 

are traded under separate shortname (KLE2T).
