LISTING PROCEDURE ON HANSA CAPITAL BOND ISSUE



In accordance with the documents received on 07.07.2003, the Tallinn 

Stock Exchange (TSE) started the procedures for listing 10 000 

AS Hansa Capital bonds (nominal value 10 000 EEK) on the TSE Bonds List.

 

The TSE will publish the resolutions of the 

TSE Listing and Surveillance Committee made during the listing procedure.
