RETAIL PILOT PROJECT



On 10 November 2003, the affiliate company of Viisnurk AS, Skano

OÜ, will open its shop with the selling space of 140 m2 at Järve

Shopping Centre in Tallinn. The opening is a pilot project of the

company in retail business, which is a part of the business

strategy of the Furniture Division of Viisnurk AS aimed at moving

closer to the end user.



Skano is a new trademark of Viisnurk AS for furniture. Viisnurk AS

holds 100% of the shares of Skano OÜ, which was entered in the

commercial register on 1 September 2003. Skano OÜ was established

to activate the sales and marketing activities of Viisnurk AS in

the furniture sector and offer new logistical solutions.
