NEW MEMBERS OF THE BOARD FOR LITHUANIAN HANSABANKAS



The candidates for Board membership of Hansabank’s Lithuanian

subsidiary Hansabankas are Eglute Klevickiene, current head of product

development and Andrius Urbonas, current head of factoring department

of Hanza Lizingas. Mrs Klevickiene will become the Chief Information

Officer of Hansabankas, replacing current board member Antanas Danys

who is nominated for the position of the Chief Financial Officer of

the bank. Mr Urbonas will become the new CEO of Hanza Lizingas.



Mrs Klevickiene has been working for Hansabankas as the head of

product development since 1999. Mr Urbonas has been heading the

factoring department of Hanza Lizingas since 1997.



The new appointments will be discussed at the regular Council meeting

of Hansabankas on January 28.
