GIEDRIUS DUSEVICIUS APPOINTED MEMBER OF THE BOARD



The Council of Hansabank appointed Giedrius Dusevicius, the new CEO of

the Lithuanian Hansabankas, as the member of the Board of Hansabank

Group. According to the Council’s decision, Mr. Dusevicius’ mandate

starts from 1 February, when he assumes the position of the CEO of the

Lithuanian Hansabankas.



Giedrius Dusevicius has been working in Hansabank Group since 1996 as

the head of the Lithuanian leasing company.



Mr. Dusevicius owns 434 Hansabank shares.
