REDEMPTION OF HANSA CAPITAL BONDS



On 22 April 2004 Hansa Capital will redeem the bonds issued during a

closed issue in 2002, paying to the bondholders the principal as well

as the coupon payment. Principal and coupon payment will be made to

investors registered in the list of bondholders on 22 April 2004, at

8:00 am.

The nominal value of one bond is 10,000 kroons and the total volume of

the said issue was EEK 100 million. The interest rate on bonds is

4.75% and the total coupon payment will amount to EEK 4.75 million.



Taxation of coupon payments:

A 26% tax will be withheld from coupon payments to resident private

individuals

No tax will be withheld from coupon payments to resident legal persons

or non-resident investors.
