ABOUT QUALIFYING HOLDING IN FARMAATSIATEHAS



The notice of disposal of a qualifying holding in Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase 

AS, issued by Ieva Abolina on 21 April 2004, arrived at the Estonian CSD 

today, on 23 April 2004.



In compliance with §§ 185 and 187 of the Securities Market Act, Ieva 

Abolina sent a notice to the person maintaining the share register of 

Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS to the effect that her holding in Tallinna 

Farmaatsiatehase AS has decreased to under 5% of all votes represented by 

shares.



According to the notice, Ieva Abolina disposed all of her 150,000 shares of 

Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS on 20 April 2004, accounting for 12% of its 

share capital. All these shares were kept in Hansabanka Clients nominee 

account.
