HANSAPANK DIVIDEND AND STOCK DIVIDEND ISSUE



AS Hansapank will close the list of shareholders for dividend payments 

and stock dividend issue on 04.05.2004 at 8.00 a.m. 

 

Proceeding from the above, shares of AS Hansapank are traded 

cum-dividend for year 2003 and cum-rights for stock dividend issue 

for the last day today, on 28.04.2004. The shares will go ex-dividend 

for year 2003 and ex-rights for stock dividend issue tomorrow, on 29.04.2004.

 

AS Hansapank will pay dividends EEK 7.00 (EUR 0.45) per share and 

will issue three new shares per each existing share.
