PAYMENT OF INTERESTS ON BONDS



AS Eesti Post will pay interest on its bonds (PSTB037506) listed on the

Tallinn Stock Exchange in the amount of EEK 375 per bond on 16 June 2004.

Interest will be paid to persons who were the owners of the bonds at 8.00

a.m. on the Interest Payment Date according to the information of the

Estonian Central Register of Securities (ECRS). Interest will be paid by

bank remittance to the bank accounts related to the securities accounts of

the entitled persons in the ECRS account manager bank. Income tax will be

withheld from the interest payments to non-residents or resident natural

persons as prescribed by the applicable legislation.
