RESULTS OF A-SELVER FOR 6 MONTHS 2004



The unaudited gross sales of A-Selver, 100% subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja

AS, for 6 months of 2004 were 673.1 million kroons (43 million euros). The

gross sales of the comparable period last year were 551.8 million kroons

(35.3 million euros).



The increase in sales amounted to 22 per cent within the 6 months of 2004,

while the increase in sales area was 11 per cent. So the growth in sales was

two times higher than the growth in sales area; one of the sources was good

performance of Selvers opened in 2004.



The biggest growth in sales was shown by Merimetsa Selver and Torupilli

Selver, the respective growth was 70 per cent and 45 per cent.



Within 6 months this year the number of purchases in Selver Chain increased

by 20 per cent over the same period last year.
