PST: NEW MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

2004.08.03, Eesti Post, TLN

Eesti Post NEWS RELEASE 08/03/2004

NEW MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

On 30 July, the supervisory board of AS Eesti Post elected as a new member
of the management board of the company Leon Jankelevitsh, a current member
of the management of the auditing company AS PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Jankelevitch, who was selected from among 14 candidates by way of public
competition, will also perform the tasks of the financial director of the
company. Jüri Ehasalu, the chairman of the supervisory board of Eesti Post,
considered the competition intense and successful. When selecting Leon
Jankelevitsh, the supervisory board above all valued his extensive
experience in international financial management.

"The supervisory board decided that the monthly remuneration of the new
member of the management board would be EEK 45,000, which would be EEK 4000
less than before", said Jüri Ehasalu. "Taking into account the economisation
on costs practiced in Eesti Post over the last year, this is natural
andjustified."

Since 1994, Leon Jankelevitsh (29) has been working as an audit manager
consultant and marketing manager in AS PricewaterhouseCoopers and has been
the main organiser of the Pärnu Finance Conference. Jankelevitsh has an MBA
degree (Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh Business School). He is married
and a father to a daughter.

Leon Jankelevitsh will assume his position in AS Eesti Post on 1 September,
when the commission of Reet Rohtla, the current member of the management
board and financial director expires in relation to her retirement.
