Riga  Stock  Exchange  Management  Board  resolved  on  its meeting on

September  20,  2004  to  resume  the trading with JSC "Latvijas tilti"

shares  from  September 21, 2004 on the RSE Free list, pursuant to Item

12.2.4.3 of Financial Instrument Listing Rules.



The trading was suspended due to the failure on behalf of the issuer to

provide  Management  Board  report  as  a  part  of  6-month  financial

statements,  which  was a breach of the Financial Instrument Market Law

and  of  the  RSE  disclosure  requirements  for  listed companies. The

company now has supplied the missing information.
