An  internal  audit was carried out at JSC "Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca",

fulfilling  the  request of a number of shareholders. The audit results

now are made available to all company shareholders between September 10

and  25,  2004,  on  business days from 9:00 till 16:00, at the company

secretary  (4th  floor  of  administration building). Disclosure of the

internal  audit  results  will  be  included  in  the agenda of general

meeting of shareholders, after the prohibition to call the meetings has

been cancelled.
