JSC  "Ogre" on June 18, 2004 sold an administrative building to company

"Uzņēmēju trasta kompānija" for LVL 427.7 thousand. It is a nine-storey

building  located  at  98  Rīgas  Street,  Ogre.  The building was sold

together with 4649 sq m of land.

The  sale  of  property  was  done  in  accordance  with  the  business

optimisation plan developed by the company.
