The  RSE  Management Board resolved to list additional 22,579 "Hipotēku

un  zemes  banka"    AM  series  mortgage  bonds  on  the Official Debt

Securities  list starting with August 26, 2004. The said mortgage bonds

were  placed  on  August  17,  2004.  Subsequent  to the listing of the

additional  bonds,  38,624  AM  series  mortgage bonds with total issue

value LVL 3,862,400 will be listed on the RSE .



The  AM  series  mortgage  bonds  mature  on August 15, 2013; the fixed

coupon  rate  is 5.25%; coupon is paid on semi-annual basis on February

15 and August 15.
