On  August  30, 2004 "Hipotēku un zemes banka"   100,000 mortgage bonds

of the new BA series (nominal value USD 100) will be listed on the Riga

Stock  Exchange  Official  Debt  Securities  List  -  this  was today's

resolution of the RSE Management Board.



The  bonds  mature  on  August  15, 2011 and the coupon rate is 6-month

LIBOR  +  0.8%. Coupon will be paid on semi-annual basis on February 15

and August 15. The first coupon payment date is on August 15, 2004.
