JSC "Lokomotīve" shareholder structure has changed since June 21, 2004,

when  a  share  transfer  was  registered  in  the  closed  issue share

register:  3,016,000  shares or 36.36% of capital were transferred from

SIA   "PARANGON"   to JSC   "SPACECOM".   Consequently,   according  to

information  available  to  "Lokomotīve",  as  of  June  21,  2004  the

shareholders with holdings over 5% are:



1. A/s "REMLOK" -     4,064,454 shares or 49.00%;

2. AS "SPACECOM" - 3,016,000 shares or 36.36%;

3. SSIA -                   265,300 shares or 3.20%.



In  addition,  "Lokomotīve"   reports that Supervisory Board meeting of

June  21,  2004  released  Tadeušs  Gržibovskis  from the position of a

Supervisory  Board  member as a response to his resignation letter, and

Andrejs Šilovs was elected a Supervisory Board member with mandate till

convening of the next AGM.
