1.   General   Meeting   of  Shareholders  of  IMJSC  "Baltikums  Asset

Management" on 05.04.2004 decided on following:

·        Changes in the council

                   Dorofejeva  Tatjana  -  the  Chairman of Supervisory

Board

                    Krīpens   Indars   -   the  duty  of  the  Chairman

of Supervisory Board

                  Leičenko Andris - a Member of Supervisory Board

·        Elected a certified auditor - Jermoļicka Nelli

·        Changes to the articles in compliance with amendment of low



2. Financial And Capital Market Commission re-registered, in compliance

with  amendment  of  low,  licence  of  investment  management  service

rendering  and  broadened  with  a  new investment management service -

individual investment service to investors according to investor power,

on  18.06.2004,  according  to board decision of IMJSC "Baltikums Asset

Management" on 18.05.2004.
