On  June  1, 2004 the  RSE Management Board, meeting the request of the

issuer, extended the 2004 Q1 non-audited financial statement disclosure

deadline for JSC "VEF Radiotehnika RRR" till June 12, 2004.



Pursuant  to  Disclosure  Rules,  the  listed companies are supposed to

disclose financial statements for Q1 of the current year by May 31.
