Board  of  the  Public  Joint  Stock  Company Grindeks announces to the

attention of shareholders of Grindeks and their representatives who had

registered   in   the   repeated   extraordinary   general  meeting  of

shareholders  on  10  February  2004  that continuation of this general

meeting will be held on 6 May 2004 at 10:00.

Venue  of  the general meeting continuation will be the conference hall

of Grindeks at Krustpils iela 53, Riga.

Applying  for  participation in the continuation of the general meeting

will  take  place on 6 May from 09:00 to 10:00 at the venue. A passport

or another personal ID has to be presented upon applying.
