On  March 22, 2004 "Nordea Bank Finland Plc." medium-term notes primary

placement auction was run at the Riga Stock Exchange. 1000 bearer bonds

at  total value of LVL 10 million were made available to the investors.

Nominal  value  of  one bond is LVL 1000. The notes mature on September

20,  2004,  and  the  coupon  is  3.50% per year. March 24, 2004 is the

settlement date for the notes purchased at the auction.



In  auction  270  or 27% of offered notes were sold at average weighted

price 99.87%, which corresponds to yield 3.765 %.



"Nordea  Bank  Finland  Plc."  (represented by "Nordea Bank Finland Plc

Latvia  branch) notes placed via the auction will be listed on the Riga

Stock Exchange Official debt securities list on March 25, 2004.
