Riga Stock Exchange repeatedly requests information from "Kaija" about the transactions with its pro

Riga Stock Exchange Management Board does not believe that "Kaija" has
provided accurate answers to all the questions, therefore, repeatedly
requests the answers to the below questions:
1. What was the property book value? What was the value by SIA
"Vindeks"? What were the considerations when selecting the valuator?
The RSE repeatedly requests to provide the valuation.
2. Please specify the timeframe when the new owner has to pay off
the total purchase amount, and, what is the amount yet outstanding as
of today.
3. Has there ever existed any legal relationship between "Kaija"
or its officials and Raivo Kallions, Jānis Smagars and Oskars Punenovs?
If yes, what kind of and when terminated.
4. What was the property pledged value at "Latvijas Krājbanka"?
When and at what value will be the property, currently owned by "Kaija"
and pledged, transferred?
5. Please specify the exact rent amount per sq.m, as well as the
total rent amount payable per month that "Kaija" is paying for the
lease of production premises. What are the termination terms and
conditions for the lease agreement that has no termination date.
6. Where does "Kaija" expect to raise the LVL 2,599,872 for SAPARD
implementation?

Apart from that, the company has to provide to the RSE the
restructuring plan and documentation certifying the above decisions -
excerpts from the minutes of shareholders', Supervisory Board and
Management Board meetings resolving on the above mentioned
restructuring plan, or any other relevant decisions. The documents have
to clearly demonstrate who has taken the respective decisions. The
responses to the information request, together with the documentation,
have to be provided to the RSE by March 15, 2004.
