A  natural person Uldis Arnicāns has reported an acquisition of 163,791

JSC  "Liepājas  autobusu  parks" closed issue shares from SIA "Baltijas

transporta kompānija", and acquisition of 8218 public shares from Arvis

Kukuks.  As a result, Uldis Arnicāns holds 27.41% of "Liepājas autobusu

parks" share capital and voting shares.
