Public   Joint   Stock  Company   Grindeks  intends  to  establish  its

representative  office  in  Tallinn,  Estonia  in the nearest time. The

major  task of the office will be to ensure successful sales in Estonia

for  products manufactured by Grindeks and its daughter company Tallinn

Pharmaceutical Plant.

Aim  of establishment of the new representative office is to facilitate

business  contacts  with the existing and potential clients of Grindeks

as well as promoting company's image all over the Baltics.

Furthermore, it will facilitate acquiring of a greater market share for

Grindeks  in the Estonian and Latvian market. During the past year, the

market  share  in  Latvia  stayed  at  the previous level - 3 %. It was

because  of  a  large  share of imported pharmaceuticals in the Latvian

market  as  well as the state politics, which is not favourable towards

local pharmaceutical manufacturers.

At  the  moment,  Grindeks  sales representatives work in 9 countries -

Latvia,  Lithuania,  Estonia,  Russia,  Ukraine,  Belorussia,  Georgia,

Azerbaijan  and Kazakhstan. The company exports its products to a total

of 37 countries world-wide.
