Last  week  the  primary  placement  of  additional issue of closed-end

investment  fund  Parex  Baltijas  nekustamā  īpašuma  fonds  units was

completed. All 350,000 fund units were sold at a price varying from USD

10.40  to  10.60  per unit. After this issue the Fund total assets have

grown  to over USD 8.6 million, thus becoming the leader of the segment

in  the  Baltics.  Fund  units  are  listed  on the Riga Stock Exchange

Investment Fund list.

The asset manager for Parex Baltijas nekustamā īpašuma fonds is Parekss

ieguldījumu  sabiedrība;  the  investment  consultant  is  Parex  Asset

Management, with altogether USD 800 million under its management.
