According  to  preliminary  estimates,  JSC  "Olainfarm"  sales in 2003

amounted  to  LVL  7.4  million, which is by 39% more than in 2002. The

sales  target for 2004 is LVL 8.3 million. The explanation for the good

performance  is  the  efficient  product  portfolio, enhancement of the

marketing  strategy,  as  well  as  a  number  of  other  activities in

traditional markets.



"Olainfarm"  has  finalised  one more phase towards introduction of GMP

standards: a warehouse for final dosage drugs was completed in January.

The company expects to finalise the introduction of GMP in 2004.
