JSC "Baloži" repeated shareholders' meeting of January 6, 2004 resolved

on the following:

 1. To  register  the company at the Commercial Register, retaining the

    previous name a/s "Baloži" (JSC "Baloži") and the legal address;

 2. To  approve  the  Charter in the new version in compliance with the

    provisions of the Commercial Law.
