sFinancial  and  Capital Market Commission (FCMC), pursuant to Item 2.5

of  FCMC  "Regulations on buyout of shares", hereby advises that it has

issued  a  permission  to Linstow Varner (registration #50003315411JSC,

Company  Register of the Republic of Latvia, 31.10.1996), a shareholder

of  JSC  "Universālveikals  "Centrs"",  to launch a share buyout offer,

paying  LVL 0.94 per share for shares with nominal value LVL 1, and LVL

0.05 for shares with nominal value LVL 0.05.
