The  changes  in  JSC  "Ventspils nafta" management in September caused

changes  in  daughter company SIA "LatRosTrans" management as well. The

former  "Ventspils  nafta"  President Jānis Ādamsons and Vice President

Ritvars Priekalns, after leaving the key management positions, resigned

from  the  respective  positions  of  Chairman of Supervisory Board and

Supervisory Board member in daughter company "LatRosTrans".



"LatRosTrans"  general  meeting  of  shareholders has appointed two new

"Ventspils  nafta"  representatives  in  the  Supervisory  Board  for a

three-year  term: Sergejs Aleksandrovs and Vladimirs Krastiņš. Genādijs

Ševcovs,  a  former Board member, was appointed Chairman of Supervisory

Board.  His  service term in "LatRosTrans" Supervisory Board expires in

the  summer  of  2004.  The changes have been registered at the Company

Register of the Republic of Latvia.
